I used to use Eric Chan for profiles, but he no longer makes them. You can get a Dmax higher than 1.3 even with a cold pressed watercolor paper, so I wouldn't be expecting too much in the way of vibrancy with the Exhibition canvas. For about four times the price, Pixel Genius are reckoned to be good, and they have created some of Epson's profiles. I have no idea how good itSupplies profiles are, but they are not expensive. You could try contacting Epson, but I would hold out much hope for profiles for a discontinued printer. You can get a Dmax higher than 1.3 even with a cold pressed watercolor paper, so I wouldn't be expecting too much in the way of vibrancy with the Exhibition canvas.

For example, Epson has two separate profiles for these canvases for the 7900/9900 and if you look at the profiles they are very different: the Premium has a Dmax of 1.6, and the Exhibition a Dmax of only 1.3. I doubt Exhibition Canvas Satin is the same as Premium Canvas Satin.

Is this the same as the Exhibition Canvas Satin? The closest I came was found on the Epson-Europe web site and the call it "Premium Canvas Satin (6.0)".

I have been trying to find the Epson Stylus Pro 9800 ICC profile for Epson Exhibition Canvas Satin. Which by the way is a pain to make because of their Satin and Gloss finishes but it could be done. I've tried Breathing Colors Crystalline Satin Canvas and very happy with it using their profile and using one I made with Color Munkie. It might work for you or on the other hand it might be another bomb. They have 3880 profiles for Satin & Glossy for this canvas. Since your having a hard time finding a profile for the 3880 with Satin Canvas you might want to try Breathing Colors profile for the 3880 with Crystalline Canvas. I don't even know if Epson has a profile for the 3880 for the Satin Canvas. Like you I'm also looking for the icc profile for this canvas. I'll be receiving a roll of the Epson Satin this week to also give it a try. Please let me know if you have any other ideas. So I hope I'm not stuck with $170.00 worth of useless canvas. I decided to have a friend with a 9800 print my larger canvas pieces but discovered that we cannot find a profile that specifies this exact canvas. The best suggestion at that time was I can have one made by. I posted a question about this here last week: I am sure that there are a lot of other users with same issues.I also have a 3880 and could not find a profile for it. I see the advantages to using a RIP, keeping your commands synchronized each and every time. There is another driver, Gutenprint / Gimp=print which I may end up trying.

I fear that Epson, Adobe and Mac have not gotten together to support the 9800 rather, let the customers spend more money on new equipment. (In other words your image should be assigned the Adobe RGB color space in Photoshop)." idea and I like using the ICC for Lustre Premium. I also like the "Epson recommends you use Adobe RGB 1998 in the Color Management section under 'Document'. Both units print to the same epson 9800, both looked good before any updates or new OS installed.
